Today there are so many problems in our country. Unemployment is also a part of it.

Today jobs are most important factor in growth of economy of any country.

And the obstacle in economy growth is unemployment.

Unemployment is a serious issue in india also.

Developing countries are mostly facing unemployment issue.

This is imparting negative effect not only on the growth of ecomony but also on individual and society.

The main reasons and loss of unemployment: -

Today's education system is main factor for unemployment

Lack of education, lack of jobs are the reasons of unemployment.

Most of the youth are trying to escape themselves from physical work.

Jobs are limited but candidates are unlimited.

Today every student wants a job with end of the education.

Govt. is responsible for us for our unem7.

Like Govt. buy seeds in 18 rupees but sells it in 1.5 rupees that make loss for Govt.

And economy status goes down by it.

Kinds of unemployment: -

1. Education Unemployment.

Education Unemployment is that when somebody has ability to do work but he does not get it. Means an educated person does not find the work according to his ability.

2. Infrastructure unemployment - 

Infrastructure berojgari is that which creats by infrastructure changes in economy.

3. Low Unemployment - Low Unemployment is that when a person a get less timing work according to his endurance. He can do much but he get less.

4. weather related unemployment - 

In Indian weather we can do agriculture work only for 7-8 months. Thus we can easily understand what will happen to agriculture related bussiness like - in Sugar Miles people get work when they get Sugarcane rest they have no work.

Government Efforts: -

In 1919, Washington convention of international labour confrence was accepted unemployment convention in which it was said "Every country should establish Work providing offices in control of center govt.

In 1931 Indian Royal Commission on Lobour was considered this issue and in conclusion, unemployment has taken a formidable form. Although india accepted international labour organisation's unemployment agreement in 1921 but implementation of it took 2 decades.

In 1935 unemployment was recognized as a provincial subject in Govt.  of India Act. But after second world war it was a big issue to provide job to warring people and personnel working in factories. In 1942-44 work providing offices was established in our country but centralization and coordination of work providing offices was recognized. Thus Directorate of Resettlement and Employment was established but the issue of unemployment was not ceased.

How will unemployment end ?

To end unemployment, govt should create new options for jobs.

And youth also be sensitive to their education.

Youth should have spiritual tracher also along with social/education teachers.

And this only on saint is spritual teacher and he is Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj Ji. His spiritual knowledge shows us our life's aim.

People get goodness and keep themselves away from wrong works.
